Looking for a fun way to celebrate Valentines Day but not wanting to break the bank? The Octagon has you covered. Whether you’re a broke college kid (we’ve been there) or simply just looking for ways to save money, consider a night out at the Octagon this Valentines Day.
Grab your date, hop in the car, (or take the Red East bus from campus!) and head on over for a fun night of browsing through art together in one of our four awesome galleries. All for free!
And if you’re willing to give up just a few bucks, stop by local coffee joints Cafe Diem, Morning Bell Coffee Roasters or Vinyl Cafe here in downtown Ames on your way in to enjoy a hot beverage as you admire art with your loved one.
Our galleries are open until 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday, OR if you feel like having your Valentines Day Date night a night early this year, we are open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays! Regardless of what you do, we hope you enjoy the company of your loved one this Valentines Day, and we would be happy to provide a place for you to do so!
