Artistry in Cold Process Soapmaking

This workshop will focus on the artistry possible in cold process soapmaking. Using the masterbatch process of soapmaking we will explore color, additives and many design techniques such as swirling, layers, embeds, and texture. You will make three different designs to take with you equaling approximately 2 1/2 pounds of soap (approximately 9 large bars)! A fun and creative process so wear old clothing or bring an apron. Having one of Jan Verploeg’s soapmaking classes behind you will be helpful but is not required.
