DESCRIPTION:Drop Spindling\, ages 14+ \nSunday\, October 28 \n1 – 3 pm \n$55 \nMaking yarn without a spinning wheel has never been so much fun! We will discuss varieties of wool; its various preparations and how to buy it; while learning to spin wool roving into yarn using a drop spindle. You will use and take home your own wooden drop spindle\, and we will provide several kinds of roving. Come with a sense of adventure and a sense of humor; this is a tricky skill and takes time\, but well worth it!
