The Octagon Gallery Shop is a consignment retailer for original works of over 150 area artists. With such a wide range of items, there is something for every budget and every taste. If you are traveling or local and looking for a special gift, the Gallery Shop is the perfect spot.
The staff is ready to answer questions, help you make a selection, or place special orders for one-of-a-kind items. The Gallery Shop offers gift certificates, layaway, purchasing on approval, and shipping services.
The Octagon Gallery Shop located at 413 Douglas Avenue in the heart of downtown Ames. After shopping, be sure to visit the adjacent Community Gallery to view the current exhibit. You are also welcome to travel to the third floor to view exhibits in our Sweeney and Main Galleries. Artwork rotates regularly and features area artists in a wide range of mediums.
