We are so excited to be able to offer these new studio spaces to our local artists! Our private studios range from 214 to 143 sq. ft. with a rental rate of $2-$2.50 per square foot, with all utilities and services included. All studios have 24/7 access with individually locking doors, ample outlet access, dimmable overhead LED lights, and large north facing windows. Two of our studios are equipped with independent ventilation units to accommodate artists whose medium of choice might require higher ventilation, such as oil painting.
*If all studios are full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist and notified when their desired studio is available.
Studios are leased for a period of 12 months, with the opportunity to renew at the end of the initial term. All tenants are required to have personal rental insurance. A security deposit is required on or before the start date of the lease, with rent payments due on the first day of each month.

The Co-working Studio is Home to Collaborative Creativity
Due to the Main Gallery’s location on the 3rd floor as well as its large size, it was decided that it was being underutilized as simply a gallery space. We could do more to support our area artists! As part of our Third Floor Initiative, it was reimagined as the Co-working Studio. By keeping the original open floor plan, there is now potential for up to eight studio spaces along the walls, all while keeping a large open communal work area in the center.
